Assembly:

In addition to precision machining and fabricating, ADM offers a wide range of assembly and subassembly services. ADM accomplishes its mission of being world class by offering its customers various solutions through an integrated combination of managed assembly processes. This integration solution allows customers to more effectively manage their supply chain by working with a single solution supplier.

ADM assembly processes meet critical customer assembly specifications and include fixed processes and certification with many top aerospace, defense and industrial customers.

A sampling of ADM’s Assembly Capabilities:

  • Dedicated test stands for Pneumatic and Pressure/Leak testing
  • Heat & Freeze applications with liquid nitrogen,
  • Presses for pin, sleeve, liner, bearing, bushing, lee plug, jet plug, and restrictor installations,
  • Standardized assembly, for threaded inserts, tanged and tangless heli-coils, Rosan and Keenserts,
  • J-Standard -001 certified Soldering.
  • Solenoid electro-mechanical valve assemblies, aerospace wiring harnesses, potting, switches and coil winding, torque motors for US navy use,
  • NADCAP certified Resistance Welding per AS7003 audit criteria per AC7110/4 Rev.E

Repair & Overhaul Services:

In addition to the assembly services offered for Original Equipment Manufacturers,  ADM can fulfill Repair & Overhaul requirements for all of the same products.  We have been a licensed FAA repair station since 1995.  Today, we specialize in the repair & overhaul of a variety of electro-mechanical and electrical products for our customers.  All of the capabilities identified in the assembly section can be applied to Repair & Overhaul services.
